For years, I wrestled with infertility, anxiety, and moments of feeling utterly lost. Like so many women, I struggled to find my purpose and was often left feeling empty and overwhelmed by the weight of life.

I spent years searching for joy in the midst of pain, and it wasn’t easy. I felt broken and numb, unsure of how to move forward. But along the way, I learned something powerful—joy is always there, waiting to be uncovered, even in the hardest spaces.

Through those hard seasons, I realized that joy isn’t something you stumble upon—it’s something you uncover, even in life’s most demanding moments. That’s why I created The Everyday Joy, a space for women like you to rediscover hope, purpose, and joy, no matter what you’re going through.
